Cor’s Debrief

Hi hoomans! I hope you’re all having a great week! My hooman let me write the post this week! I guess she’s working on some hooman stuff. I don’t really care, because guess what! I got to do a lot of things this week! They were exciting!

First! I got to go on ‘ventures and sniff around outside of the car! Hooman got us out and we’d find some grass and she’d let me sit and sniff and explore! Of course, I had to make sure she was still there and hadn’t wandered off. She gave me treats for keeping her safe. I like when we do that. I saw other hoomans, but she didn’t let me say hello. Because she wants to keep me all to herself. We’re working on her trusting me.

But she also gave me some sticks! Well, okay, technically the man did, but I’m pretty sure she had a part in it. ‘Cause they’re real sticks! And I can chew on them, and she doesn’t stop me!

I also found a weird. The hoomans use it–this is crazy, hoomans–make rain! I really like playing with it!

She also gave me a bath. I didn’t really like that one, but I crawled up in her lap and let her. Because, sometimes, you gotta spoil your hooman. And she didn’t notice I was in her lap, I’m sure of it, ‘cause I’m a sneaky puppy!

After that she had a wind-maker; it was really loud! Hoomans must control the weather! 

Then, she brushed me and cut all my glorious hair off! I’m not sure I’m gonna let her do that again.

…and… I may have scratched her when I was trying to jump down.

BUT! Guess what else! I got to do my favoritest game! It’s so easy! I lay under her legs–it’s like a little kennel made of my hooman! And she gave me treats for laying there! Isn’t that the greatest?

She says we’re practicing for church. I don’t know what that is, but if I get to do ‘under’ because of it, I think I’m going to like it!

But you know something even greatest-er? You know the big thing my hooman sleeps on? She let me lay on it with her for a little while! It’s so soft. I didn’t know what to do! But now I do! When I get on there again, I’m going to lay next to my hooman and take a nap! The sleeps up there have to be even better than the ones in my kennel! And I don’t know how that’s possible!

AND! She also made me a fun thing! Look at it!

I like writing these blog things! I don’t think I need her for them any more! But she’ll probably take it back. Because she’s still working on sharing.
